Awards season is well underway, and after winning “Best Crypto Broker” and “Most Popular Financial Website”, we are proud to announce that we have won “Best Public Solution” at the Dutch Blockchain Awards 2021.
The Dutch Blockchain Awards were organized for the second time by the Blockchain Netherlands Foundation (BCNL), and thousands of votes have been cast to determine the winners of this years’ awards.
Once again, we are grateful for the recognition of our efforts as the biggest digital asset exchange in the Netherlands and as a part of the Dutch blockchain community. We are building Bitvavo to serve and introduce as many people as possible to digital assets and do our part to position digital assets as a new asset class. Winning the “Best Public Solution” award shows us that we are on the right track to achieve our goals.
2021 was a year of exponential growth at Bitvavo; over the past year, we crossed 1 million users and tripled our digital assets offering. We scaled up our support team to answer any question in a timely manner, and onboarded many new employees to accelerate our development as a company.
That being said, our best is yet to come, and 2022 is shaping up to be our most exciting year yet. We will continue working on our platform and create an even better “Public Solution” in 2022.
