Scheduled maintenance

[English] On July 23rd, we will upgrade our database. During this maintenance, the Bitvavo platform will be offline and you cannot trade. Please find all the relevant info below.

When is it scheduled?

The maintenance on the Bitvavo platform takes place on Sunday, July 23rd from 03:00 to 07:00 CEST.

We are doing this because we are upgrading our database to a newer version, to further improve your experience with our platform. Please note that during these hours, Bitvavo will not be accessible.

Limit orders will not be executed

In case you have open limit orders, please be aware that these will not be executed during our maintenance. Your open orders will remain in the order book so they can be matched based on the price action after trading has resumed. If you do not want this, please cancel your planned orders accordingly.

[Dutch] Op 23 juli voeren we een update uit op onze database. Tijdens dit onderhoud is ons platform offline en kun je niet handelen. Hieronder vind je alle relevante informatie.

Wanneer is het onderhoud?

Het onderhoud aan het Bitvavo platform vindt plaats op zondag 23 juli van 03:00 tot 07:00 CEST.

We doen dit omdat we onze database upgraden naar een nieuwere versie, hiermee wordt ook de handelservaring met ons platform verbeterd. Houd er rekening mee dat Bitvavo tijdens deze uren niet bereikbaar is.

Limietorders worden niet uitgevoerd

Als je openstaande limietorders hebt, houd er dan rekening mee dat ze niet worden uitgevoerd tijdens ons onderhoud. Deze openstaande orders blijven in het orderboek, ze kunnen worden gematcht op basis van de prijsontwikkeling nadat de handel is hervat. Als je dit niet wilt, annuleer dan je geplande limietorders.
