From the 17th of July, 02:00 (NL time), Dutch resident users are no longer able to make purchases, trades, or deposits on the Binance platform. Binance failed to obtain the required registration from the Dutch authorities. Withdrawal of digital assets is still possible for the time being. A few weeks ago, Binance called on users to take appropriate action by withdrawing assets from their Binance accounts.

Important conditions
The basis for the 10% APY* calculation is the value at the time of deposit, expressed in euros. Only deposits of digital assets count. Euro deposits therefore do not.
Trading in the deposited digital assets at Bitvavo is possible as normal during the promotion period, but please note: to prevent abuse, you are only eligible for this promotion if you have not made and do not make any crypto or euro withdrawals between 23 June 2:00pm and 15 August 0:00am (CEST). If you have made or are making a withdrawal during this period, you will forfeit your right to claim this promotion.
The promotion and payout is capped at €500 per customer and is only valid for crypto deposits sent directly from Binance (or OKX). Bitvavo reserves the right to exclude users from the promotion in case of abuse or other unfair activities, as well as the right to modify or withdraw the promotion. Handelen in de gestorte digitale valuta is - zoals gewoonlijk - mogelijk bij Bitvavo tijdens de actieperiode. Let op: om misbruik te voorkomen, kom je alleen in aanmerking voor deze promotie als je tussen 23 juni 14:00 en 15 augustus 0:00 (NL tijd) geen digitale valuta of euro’s opneemt of hebt gedaan. Doe je toch een opname in deze periode, dan vervalt je recht om aanspraak te maken op deze promotie.
De promotie en uitbetaling is gemaximaliseerd op €500 per klant en is alleen geldig voor stortingen in digitale valuta die rechtstreeks van Binance (of OKX) zijn verzonden. Bitvavo behoudt zich het recht voor om gebruikers uit te sluiten van de promotie bij misbruik of andere oneerlijke activiteiten, alsmede het recht om de promotie aan te passen of in te trekken.
