The top exec was one of the chief architects of a push into digital assets within the institution, and while his destination is not yet clear, a source with close knowledge of the matter told The Block he is set for a role in digital assets.

3.EU Crypto Lobby Fights MiCA Limits on US Dollar Stablecoins
Dollar-pegged stablecoins might be blocked in the European Union’s 27 countries if the bloc’s new Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) legislation enters into force in its current form. The European Union’s landmark crypto law has already been approved but technicalities still have to be ironed out.
4.Crypto Market Regains Ground Ahead of Key US Jackson Hole Meeting
The crypto market on Tuesday saw cautious optimism ahead of an annual key meeting of global central bankers known as the Jackson Hole Symposium, with prices of both bitcoin (BTC) and ethereum (ETH) climbing higher.
